The eagle eyed may have spotted this on here before - rather briefly. But, havig scanned it I realised the "Y" of the yellow had fallen off between the work table and the scanner!? I looked for it but it wasn't to be found ( I expect it will turn up in the bathroom - that's where a lot of snippings tend to end up!) So I deleted and hurriedly cut out another "Y" and afixed thusly. Ah the trials and tribs of the collagist!
Nice one Michael. No Yellow Card for this.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of that classic publication Yellow Pages which used to be everywhere.
Yes, glad that has ceased now - what a waste of paper that was!
DeleteGreat use of a National Geo magazine. Classic Michael Leigh!
ReplyDeleteThanks both! Yes, I have a lot of Nat. Geo. mags - great for collaging - and for iconic yellow frame covers!
ReplyDeleteBTW that yellow "Y" never did turn up!
ReplyDeleteIt will. I often end up finding orphaned scraps, sometimes years later.
