A LOVELY PICNIC and a Change of Scene
After years of appearing in the dark woods of "The Luncheon on the Grass" 1863 by Edouard Manet, I thought I would give this crew a new locale (and a couple of new things to eat).
So here they are in "The Roseland Riviera" of Trelissick, Cornwall!
I know! That painting was certainly scandalous back in the day. According to AI: The controversial masterpiece is widely considered a foundational turning point that bridged Realism and Impressionism.
