Models and Mashed Potatoes

I heard this song and could not get mashed potatoes out of my mind! So I had to make a collage about them. And now I want to eat some.

    Fun collage! I know there was a dance in the '60s called the Mashed Potato, and more than one rock-n-roll song has "Do the Mashed Potato!" in the chorus, but come to think of it, I don't know how to do that dance. Could you describe it for us, Angie? =smile=

      I think if you follow the YouTube link I supplied above (in my description) you will hear Dee Dee Sharp sing the song that inspired the dance (or is it the other way around) and I believe you will see kids dancing to it as well!
