IRISH eYES r smiling - TAYTO ISLE

The crisps are much tastier than this collage. A bit thin though. We had some lovely meals in Ireland. Stand outs were the pizzas that Archie and Meriel made - the sea food chowder in the barn resturant - the fish and chips in the pub high on a hill overlooking Dublin Bay - nothing more Irish than the host who's name was Paddy's son also Paddy giving the lady of the party a bag of his home grown potatoes! Also must mention the salmon in pesto crust that Meriel's Mom cooked us on the first evening there. Yum!
