I looked back at the surrealists for inspiration..my favourite were the simple ones such as an apple in front of a face…I went for “Frankfurter salad” a strange recipe in itself.
I also found an accidental one in a chopped up book…glued as found.
Collaborative traditional cut and paste (scissors and glue ) collage blog with a weekly set theme.
That smiley plate is excellent as are the smiley frankfurters! Smiles for miles! The added chance images in the chopped up book are pure surrealism -Marlon gets a big hand from the mystery woman!
ReplyDeleteHa ha, I agree with the frankfurter salad being surreal on its own and then being put in front of Robert Stack's mug...perfect! The other collage is crazily good accidental juxtaposition!
