Say, y'all, do you want to do some planning for who's going to do the themes, starting on the first Thursday in September? I'd like to sign up for October. Do I have any volunteers for September, November, and December?

Nice collage Fi. Has a Joseph Cornell feeling to it! I sense dimension, as if it is in a shadowbox. Re: theme picking, I was the last person to pick previous to our hiatus. Anyone want to volunteer for September???
ReplyDeleteI can just echo the Joseph Cornell association - looks more like an assemblage than a collage. Interesting combination of nails in the background and the birds - as well as one of them is out of ... bronze ? ...

ReplyDeleteThe righthand bird looks like brass to me, Sabine—too shiny for bronze. As for themes, I could do both September and October if y'all can go with that. Doing the themes will get me into my studio more often, which is a good thing indeed!
