Allergic reaction to bubbles…
The dots and lines are a diagram of the tension in a bubble…from the Child’s Book of Wonder.

THEME: ALLERGIC REACTION
Today I am experiencing an "allergic reaction" to a sunscreen that I have been using for a long time. (Rash, swelling, itch.) Obviously going to discontinue.
That is one symptom of an allergy. But there are many others. And many that we can create (wink wink).
Have fun portraying an ALLERGIC REACTION.

HOMAGE to LIBBY HALL: On our mantel
I have been making these for years. I added the floral background and the Brussels Griffon next to the lovely lady who I found in a book of vintage portraits of people.
This one is from the archives and sits on our mantel.

THEME: HOMAGE TO LIBBY HALL...A portrait with a canine friend

Read about Libby Hall (1941-2023). I own a couple of Libby's books and Libby actually liked some of my "found" photographs of people posing with their pets that I posted on Flickr. (I also seem to remember, perhaps twenty years ago, that Libby purchased a photo I posted to eBay of a girl and her dog.)
At any rate, time to create a portrait of a happy dog and its owner, in memory of Libby Hall.
Here is one of Libby's found photos:
