A starved simian is a much scarier concept than Hitch's original one (as I think we never saw the pilot of the aircraft that was swooping down on Roger Thornhill.)
Your imagination is marvelous! I love the ape's posture, and his hands. (My husband's a biologist, so there's this thing inside of me that wants to point out that that's an orangutan, and therefore an ape, not a monkey. =wince=)
I'd go and see it for sure! Sounds like an instant classic to me!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant.
ReplyDelete(The suspense is killing me, what happens next?)
It's a desperate search for sustenance by a starved simian, so he swoops low and shouts: "SEEN ANY BANANAS?"
