  2. I don't know about the Netherlands, but here in the states police were referred to as "pigs". I quote from a website YOUR DICTIONARY:

The word pig has been used as a derogatory term toward people others view as dirty or lowdown for centuries. During the civil unrest in the U.S. during the 1960s and 1970s, protesters and others who sought to speak out against the establishment started using the term to refer to law enforcement personnel who wanted to keep order. This term is used in many countries, often in a similar context. It’s typically used to express displeasure at the enforcement tactics used by law enforcement.

So, the double meaning is brilliant.

    1. Although I, myself, was not involved in using that derogatory term and do not feel that way.
