Great! One of my favourite themes at this time of year. I'm tempted to drag some old horrors from the archives but will try and make some new ones! Now where is that pumpkin I saw in that pizza leaflet the other day?
Cheers Michael. Always a fun theme and it's a good time of year with Bonfire Night following on soon. Some decent horror films on TV in the coming week.
That is absolutely the BEST part..."Creature Features" and "Shock Theater" and other local television broadcasters delivered -- good viewing back in the 1960s when I was a kid. But, now that there are A MILLION different networks it is just as easy to tune into The Wolfman or The Mummy (two of my favorites)!
Yes, need no excuses for a decent horror film! I see Talking Pictures has it's own horror/film noir season every Friday and Wednesday now - mostly creaky old English films of the 50's.
Used to love those late-night Horror Double-Bill broadcasts Angie. Great seeing those famous monsters for the first time.
Next Friday's Talking Pictures offers Borley Rectory (2017). A mix of animation and live action, looks promising. Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t675e1tFXng
