Intriguing! I used the paraffin stove a lot when I was a spotty youth and living in a prefab in Stepney. Very cheap to run and you could carry it around from room to room. Condensation was the real problem - the windows dripped with it- making little puddles on the floor! I imagine the sun would need a tidy few to throw out all that heat and the puddles would be enormous!
Oh thank goodness it is mid-February in Chicago. Still really cold here...today in the teens and twenties F. But with the BLAZING SUN out at high noon it feels a lot better than it can in January when the temps are the same!
