What the NUN Saw

The background is a detail and deconstruction of Rene Magritte's "The Meaning of Night" ("Le Sens de la nuit"), 1927.  Nun found in Harter's Picture Archive for Collage and Illustration. One of the nun's eyes is from a vintage Maybelline makeup advertisement.

  2. I love how you worked with foreground and background and putting the nun somewhat in the middle.
    Wonderful collage Angie.

  3. Love the mismatched eyes, and also how the title is so suggestive (we see the nun, we don't see what the nun saw, but we're worried about it....).
