ReplyDeleteLovely stuff! We were lucky to be able to see his live show a couple of times ( 3 infact ) . One of the last great Music Hall comedians.
ReplyDeleteAs I have never heard of Ken Dodd, I had a bit of a look at a YouTube of a Dodd performance, December 1994 -- clever, funny stuff -- love how he plays with his audience. And I love the energy you created in this very festive homage to Mr. Dodd.
ReplyDeleteKen Dodd was a very funny man...he was known for his shows over running and they did...until 1am..... you staggered out clutching your tummy into the early morning , it ached so much through laughing..Sadly missed.
