The "construction" of your fantasy cake collage has my mouth watering for my mom's banana cake (which your giant cake reminds me of)! Her cakes were never "iced" and the banana one was a cross between cake & bread. Good with a glass of milk. By the way, my mother made a different cake every day! It was something I looked forward to after school. Mmmmmmmmmmm
