DeleteManaged to pick up a copy pf Heijera? on CD at the boot sale the other day. Love that cool jazz style of that time.

DeleteShe was my high priestess of music back in the 1970s and 1980s. She did get a bit "jazzy" which I really also liked. Her voice gradually became lower -- duskier -- from all those cigarettes (gone was the soprano of the folkie days) but it lent to the later music she produced.
