Ha ha...good one Ron. When I read your comment I thought of my rose bushes and I am ALWAYS anxious about getting a thorn stuck in my finger (which did happen once! a really large thorn).
There is no single, officially recognized phobia for art, but people may experience a fear of art through several different, though related, phenomena. One is a specific fear of visual art, sometimes called sportaldislexicartaphobia, which can cause a wide range of symptoms like anxiety in galleries or criticism of art. Another is the fear of creating art, often linked to perfectionism, fear of failure, or being judged. A third, distinct condition is the Stendhal syndrome, a psychosomatic reaction where viewing art causes physical and mental distress.
A fine deck of cards. I got a couple. If you're a botanic sketcher, I guess it's not good to have the double whammy of Aichmophobia & Anthrophobia.
