I wrote a poem for this one:
The Jack of Spades
took a break from flirting with the maids --
When he smelled the raspberry tarts
being baked by The Queen of Hearts!

Have we had this one before? Your collage should have a playing card(s) in it.
Ready...set...shuffle up and create!
Your collage must contain at least one example of something that has been framed.
I leave it up to you to determine which definition of framed you want to use! ha ha
The other day on my Instagram feed a lovely story appeared from the BBC Archives. In 1961 a visit was paid to Bird Cottage, Ditchling, Sussex owned by Ms. Len Howard who was an avid bird watcher and caretaker of flocks. She authored a book "Birds As Individuals" (1952) a comprehensive study of bird behavior, intelligence and personalities. I am definitely going to get a copy. I am an avid bird watcher and I feed them during the long winter months. I am always delighted to see a migratory bird among the usual characters on my garden deck rails.
I carefully cut "The Curious Little Girl (1860-64) out of the painting by Camille Corot (1796-1875) and placed her in a landscape of greenery and added three pieces from a book I love to use from time to time entitled SWATCHES (images of fabric patterns).
It's that time of year again, at least for me, winter doldrums. When do they resolve? Why when spring begins to appear! Now is the time for a bit of green in our lives! Craft a collage featuring this lovely, life renewing color.
Top: Make more time to sit and read which will take my mind and imagination places other than the grim reality we seem to be bombarded with these days!
Middle: Go out more often with my Panasonic Lumix camera and take photos of nature and random people -- street photography!
Bottom: Make sure I get those birthday cards in the post on a timely basis. I tend to make a lot of belated greeting cards!
