Bisquick was a staple in our house when I was growing up! A premixed baking blend to get those biscuits baked in a hurry. (You may see shadows on the images I pasted down using 3-D foam squares as Betty was made as a shadowbox collaged image I submitted to a craft challenge.) I will happily make another collage for this challenge from "scratch". Ha ha
That looks better than having a chip on your shoulder...

ReplyDeleteI watched a Jimmy Stewart Western recently and he was fond of similar biscuits.
They look more like scones to me ! Still it's a great name and sadly we did'nt have such things over here in the UK - not to my knowledge anyway!
