The Sixties

One from the archives that I think fits the theme Horror Vacui.
Created in 2011 for the Flickr group Scrapeteria.

  1. I like your one from the archives Angie. When I was young I had my corner of my sleeping room covered with Beatle posters and I used to wake my little sister in the middle of the night and forced her to name all of the fab four. If she made a mistake I wouldn't let her sleep again. This collage brings back memories ;))

    1. Oh Josephine...we must be the same age (64?) because I had posters of the Beatles on my walls and I slept in the same room with my little sister but I didn't do that to her...too too funny! Thanks for sharing your story.

  2. Super-duper hippy-dippy collage, Angie! Blonde on Blonde is in my top three Dylan albums of all time. The other two are Blood on the Tracks and Love and Theft. If any of y'all think Dylan did all his best stuff ages ago, and you don't know the fairly recent Love and Theft, you MUST check it out. Both his voice and his songwriting are in great shape on that one.

I wish I had a "Ban the Bra" pin. I have hated bras all my life, and I'm not ashamed to admit it: I rarely ever wear them, even though I have large knockers. =smile=)

    1. LOL (large knockers!) Fi. I too, had them but then breast cancer came and I decided to an Angelina Jolie (without reconstruction) so I must admit I love my flat chest and I feel like I'm 12 again (and if you ask my husband he will say I act like one too!) :)

    2. The above should read "I decided to DO an Angelina Jolie..."

    3. I agree on the blonde on blonde album and in my twens I could listen to 'Desire' all day long.
