Theme for this week is - What's Happening At The Back?

Make A COLLAGE THAT WORKS front ways and back ways or where the back is connected to the front in some way via a window or a slit in the paper ( or card ). This might be tricky but will be interesting to see the results. We sometimes find that backs of collages are just as interesting as the fronts by accident. Go through your archive to find those hidden gems!

  1. Okay, now let me see ... I just looked at your examples.

I know that I have cut slits into my collage to facilitate something I wanted to put into it. For example a moon peeping up over a mountain top. Carefully cutting a portion of the outline of the mountain and then slipping the moon into the slit.

So then I would post the front of that image as well as the back? I can see where that would be interesting.

    1. Yes, just show the fronts and backs of collages you have made slits and windows in - where the images appear on both sides. Or just find old collages and show the backs only . Have fun!
