On Foot I Had To Cross the Solar System

On foot

I had to cross the solar system
before I found the first thread of my red dress.
I sense myself already.
Somewhere in space hangs my heart,
shaking in the void, streaming sparks
into other intemperate hearts.

  3. Nice poem—'like what she does with heart, sparks, hearts. Your collage is just stunning: the coming in from the left out of frame gives it a lovely sense of movement. Such a great background, too: I adore the typo in "strangeness."
