THEME: It was a dark and stormy night ...

Inspired by Lynn´s contribution to the weekly them "Books" at the beginning of October  - and as Halloween is coming closer - I have chosen this theme for us. I´m pretty sure that we have had this one some years ago (and I guess it was Angie´s idea once) but we all had fun with this, so ...

Lynn wrote "some background from Wikipedia:  "It was a dark and stormy night" is an often-mocked and parodied phrase written by English novelist Edward Bulwer-Lytton in the opening sentence of his 1830 novel "Paul Clifford."

This was the last theme I had to pick for us this month. If I am not totally wrong Josephine is the next in line.

Have fun!

  1. Nice theme Sabine! And thanks a lot for this mont's themes., they were fun!
Yes, you're correct, I'm doing the November Themes ;))

Now let me think .... it was a dark and stormy night ....

  2. Indeed p- always a good theme around this time of year! Thanks Sabine for the excellent theme picking. All winners!

  3. Not sure how that "p" got in there?!

  4. Great idea to reprise Angie's seasonal theme! Hmmm.... what shall I do with this one?
