Everyone has fretted about gaining weight during these trying pandemic times. We know physical activity also benefits your mental health, which would be a good thing right about now.
So, let's get physical...pick up those scissors and burn a couple of calories snipping 'this and that' while assuming a relaxing state of mind as you create a masterpiece of movement on paper.
I've been doing the Joe Wicks Senior Workout on YouTube nearly every day. Lots of walks. We have explored lots of places near us that we haven't explored before so It's been quite an adventure despite the horrible circumstances of the pandemic. Plenty of material for collaging I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteGOOD WORK! Smart of you & Hazel to go out and commune with nature. I am an avid gardener and have neighborhood plots to tend to as well. I am also a person who never learned to drive therefore I ride a bicycle every day! All my marketing done with the aid of a large basket on the front of the bike. I will have a look at the Joe Wicks Senior Workout which I assume is available on YouTube.
DeleteYes, Joe Wicks is on You Tube. He's not making anymore but there are hundreds. I just stick the same one every day. I know them off by heart " A little weight- a can of beans?" "Open up a can of whup ass!"
