I don't know... maybe the athlete on the ground behind her is holding that book up for her to have a look at? In fact, maybe all the athletes scaling/vaulting/climbing the bookshelves are all in her mind, working on her behalf? Hmmm....
An intriguing pursuit for sure. And clearly the prize is wherever it is found.

DeleteAlways enjoyed a good book and I still pursue them but mainly to find collage material rather than read these days! Nice topsy turvy composition !
