Definition of luminescence: Light given off by something without obtaining or generating heat, as in phosphorescence, fluorescence, and bioluminescence. See Wikipedia for more info.
Or, to make it sound less difficult, make a collage with something in it that seems to "glow in the dark".
This theme might be more challenging than last week's. I'm looking forward to what you will come up with.
