Superstitions - Shoes On The Table/ Number Thirteen

It may have something to do with death, and the idea of placing a new pair of shoes on the table would signify that someone had just died, or you would have bad luck for the rest of the day, quarrel with someone or lose your job. Even among people who are not superstitious, shoes can be associated with contamination.
The head collage was intended for previous theme but didnt get it done in time. Added the rest to fit with this weeks theme so you get two for the price of one ( unlucky for some!).

  1. Good superstitions. Good collages. My mother always told us not to put our shoes on our beds. (I have since heard a superstition about hats on beds.) 13 ... I always appreciate going into a high-rise building and seeing they have eliminated that floor number. Not that I am superstitious... ha ha

Love the use of the seashell (fossil?) in Number Thirteen.
