It may be from you archives, but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen this one before. I REALLY like it! It's imaginative, yet has a cleanliness of design, realized by the symmetry, that rings my chimes.
Excellent... our family got all four of our goldfish that way... they lived for ages! The longest surviving one, Goldy (named by my two-year old brother) lived for 14 YEARS! Two of the other three fish reached their tenth birthday at least.
I love hearing the longevity of the fish you won. I also had a goldfish, named Sam, for quite some time (don't remember where I acquired Sam) UNTIL our cat KIT KAT moved into our house (he was a foundling). Oh well, Sam had a good run.
Lovely stuff! Yes, those fair ground games were pretty sad especially for the fish.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff Angie. Reminds me of those carnival games...hoopla, roll-a-penny and chucking the darts at playing cards.

ReplyDeleteBTW, can you tell us what building that is? or where you found it? It's a fascinating combo of old-timey and industrial...
DeleteOh gee, unless I jot down a note...hmmmmm, wait a minute, I posted this on Flickr some time ago. Let me have a look to see if I identified source.
DeleteNope, did not say where I acquired image. Sorry.
