Dora Maar's all gone to pieces! Again, lovely continuation of lines of motion through this that direct your eye all over the art in a most pleasing way, which then combines with the text... especially like her right eye segment underlining the text above it.
Hmmmm, I do know that I put that piece there on purpose (meaning I wanted it to underline words with that straight edge) and I just realized I was emphasizing "modern painting"! I swear, when I am making a collage I sometimes just do it and then later realize what I did!
Keen concept, beautiful execution! I didn't know that Picasso had such lovely purples in his repertoire.
