ReplyDeleteWell, I heard Phil's verdict is an EARLY Spring. However...after surviving THE POLAR VORTEX (very rare for me not to venture out for 2 days -- past Wednesday and Thursday as the temperatures in Chicago were teeth-chattering and bone-chilling. According to a news reporter, her eyes teared up from the sub-zero temps and suddenly her eyelashes had ice on them!) Anyway after surviving all that it is hard to imagine Spring at all.
