The work throbs with a passionate yet intimate portait of domestic life that is both visceral and didactic and yet somehow ambivilent towards the uttermost perfection the practitioner alludes to in her concentric artifice. Love it!
Great stuff, and I think somehow this is the spookiest collage this week so far! I love the way Mr Paint Brush seems to be looking both into the mirror, and at the letter he is reading, at the same time... And why does that mysterious sceme only appear in the mirror? And whose is that hand in the foreground!

ReplyDeleteWOW...well said.
DeleteI agree with what Michael said!
ReplyDeleteI'm laughing aloud at Michael's far-fetched eloquence! The collage, and its concept, is delightful.
ReplyDeleteI have a life long aversion to pretentious drivel - probably why I haven't done so well in the main stream art world where this sort of thing is rife!
