WOW WOW WOW!!! That's about all I can say. But I will add...is that tissue paper or paper towel underneath your very fantastic skull & hand & arm bones? Love the way the circular pattern is incorporated as to make eyes.
Thank you Angie, and yes it is paper towel, well spotted! And the skull and hands aren't my doing - they're from a lifesize educational paper skeleton that my wife and daughter made from a kit - but it'd been hanging up by the stairs so long it had got really bashed, so was about to be thrown away... which is when I realised the reverse side was white, which tied in with Fi's theme this week! I had to try and squash the skeletal bits flat overnight under a box of books before sticking it all down this afternoon.
How cool that you made use of a family science project in your art! And a paper towel—awesome. The title fits so well with the image and is a great pun to boot.
Thank you Fi - usually with me the title comes pretty late on, and this was no exception - when I added the paper towel and the 'eyes' appeared, making the skull look acutely embarassed! :)
Thank you Michael, yes it was all very fortuitous, the way I happened to spot the paper towels in our kitchen while on a tea-break from making the collage upstairs! :)
