Resolution for 2019 -- For slim lines and healthful benefits -- Go Ovo Vegetarian!

  1. Nice one - we are fish eating vegetarians ( fish are just swimming vegetables after all ) so we can see the health benefits ( not too many eggs though ) high in cholestrol apparently. Trying to cut back on starchy foods like spuds and bread. Have a happy and healthy 2019!

    1. I’m pretty much the same — lots of fish, a couple of eggs a week, and I do eat chicken & turkey breast as well. Let’s all try to be our healthiest best in the new year and beyond!
